Shared Writing

We are Mrs. Raman’s Coolkids
We wonder what we will be when we grow up
We hear cicadas croaking outside the classroom
We see children struggling to do the breaststroke
We want to be the best that we can be
We are Mrs. Raman’s Coolkids

We pretend that we are angels
We feel proud about Kelvin Road School
We touch the water and it feels cool
We worry about getting detention for not doing our homework
We cry for joy when we achieve our goals
We are Mrs. Raman’s Coolkids

We understand values like respect and integrity
We say stop it I don’t like it when someone bugs us
We dream about going to university
We try to listen when the teacher is talking
We hope to be the best class in our school
We are Mrs. Raman’s Coolkids
