An email Comment from a Blog Reader:

Ms. Raman.

Greetings. I am a parent in Chicago, Illinois, with a 3 year old and a 6 year old. I am doing a bit of research in preparation for an art project I'm going to do with my son's 1st grade class. I am not a teacher, but am helping in the classroom.

Anyway, I stumbled across your site, and love your approach, philosophy, and exercises that the kids have done. What an impressive ad inspired group of kids you appear to have! I may send the link to your site to a couple of teachers that might also enjoy your work.

Keep it up, and best of luck to you!

Hi Room 8

We are a class of Year 3/4 students in Feilding, a small town in the Manawatu, close to Palmerston North. We loved looking at your blog. We espcially loved the self portraits, it looks like you have put alot of work into them.
