Rona i haere ki te tiki wai,
Ka hinga atu a Rona
Tu ake kei whea ra te marama ka hinga atu a Rona.
Kei hea Rona, kei runga rawa,
Piri ki te taha piri ki te ngaio.

Rona went to go get water,
